Whatever you call this special place, Hawaii is much more than just beautiful beaches and chilled out surfers. I was lucky enough to live here for a short time, and I learned so much. These islands offer a wealth of history, culture, and general aloha vibes for both its inhabitants and its visitors. In fact, Hawaii is such a unique place that at times, you'll feel like you've travelled outside of the US.
