Let's get you traveling.
I'm dedicated to getting this show on the road. In other words, I want you to get on the road ASAP to live your travel dreams. Here's my step-by-step guide with my favorite resources to save you money and help you travel better.
1. Get a cheap flight.
Flights can be the most expensive part of traveling, but not with Flystein. I highly recommend that you have one of their experts book a flight for you. They've saved me hundreds of dollars booking transatlantic flights, even at the last minute. They charge a fee of $49+, but it's worth it when you consider that they can save you hundreds. Their agents are super responsive, and will also advise you on the best airlines and options to make your trip cheaper and more comfortable. Plus, if they can't beat your price, you don't have to pay them!
2. Where will you stay?
Here's some general rules to get a great accomodation at a great price:
-
Never use third party booking sites for hostels or hotels. Use these to search for a room, but book the room directly with the hotel or hostel. Third party sites charge a "reservation fee" that is just money in the booking company's pocket. Save that money for other travel expenses.
-
Use Airbnb! I love this site, especially for longer stays somewhere. You can find a room or an entire flat, usually at a cheaper price than a hotel, plus you'll most likely have access to a kitchen to make your own food, saving more money. Click below to get a discount on your first booking.
3. Get ready for your trip!
Get inspired and do some research! Check out one of the posts below for vital information to prepare you and ensure you make the most of your next adventure.
Please note that some of the companies I promote are affiliates, meaning that if you decide to pay for their products or services, I may get a small percentage of the sale. I only promote products or services I love, and this is a great way to help me continue blogging and providing readers with advice!
